Iskan Abu Dhabi, a housing ‘one-stop shop’, which was inaugurated by HH Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, was established in line with the Abu Dhabi Government vision to enhance the quality of community life and the well-being of families, including facilitating access to housing benefits for citizens through a seamless, easy and effortless experience.

The center works as a window for all government housing services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the official interface of the  ADHA's customer service. Iskan Abu Dhabi Center combines the services of ADHA and strategic partners into a 'one stop shop’ platform, serving citizens who are entitled to housing benefits in the Emirate, which contributes to reducing the time and effort for customers and completing their transactions in one place.

"ISKAN Abu Dhabi" Center will provide services that include housing grants, housing loans, exemptions, purchase of residential lands, and exchange services. In conjunction with the inauguration of the Center, “ISKAN Abu Dhabi” application has been launched, and this application is the digital platform that will allow, in its first phase, customers who have pre-approved due applications to complete their housing journey for the following services:

  • Residential land grant: It allows the beneficiaries to virtually view the available residential lands, choose the appropriate plot of land for them, complete the application approval procedures and obtain the title deed through the application.
  • Replacement of a residential land with another from the government stock, as this service allows the beneficiaries to view the available lands, compare them with the lands to be replaced, and complete the replacement process, and download the title deed through the application.
  • A ready-made housing grant / a loan for purchase of a ready-made housing, which allows the beneficiaries to view the available housing, whether in ready-made projects or in projects that are still under development and planning, as well as it enables them to view the details of community facilities and services available in the surrounding areas, to smoothly choose the housing that suits their needs.
  • Housing loans, which enable the beneficiaries to start the process of activating the housing loan, track the progress of the loan status and all developments in terms of disbursement and payment process, and to smoothly complete all required procedures.
